Important membership conditions

Service limits
Your membership includes the number of free RSA services specified in your plan. Once the free limit is exhausted, further requests can still be arranged but are chargeable as per the applicable service charges. Similar faults are not serviced more than twice consecutively.
24×7 availability
Services are available 24x7, 365 days a year. However, services may not be available where government restrictions prevent RSA vehicle movement — Republic Day (26 January), Independence Day (15 August), lockdowns, pandemics, strikes, curfews, natural disasters or any other government-imposed restriction.
What RSA does not cover
Standard RSA covers emergency roadside situations. AC repair, dents, scratches, bodywork, horn repair, door or bonnet noises, interior/cosmetic work and other workshop-level repairs are not covered.
Accident cases
If the vehicle is not in a drivable condition after an accident, RSA is not provided. Please contact your motor insurance company or insurer's claim assistance provider for the claim and recovery process.
Repair or tow
If the vehicle can be repaired or started at the breakdown location, our technician attempts an on-site fix. If it cannot be started, we tow it to the nearest suitable service center.
Towing conditions
Towing to the nearest service station at Rs. 55.00 per km beyond included cover. Crane charges at actual cost.
Fuel conditions
Up to 5 litres at actual local cost, subject to local rules. CNG, LPG and high-octane excluded. EV main-battery discharge cannot be charged on road.
Cancellation & refund
Cancel within 30 days of purchase. Rs. 799.00 is deducted if a service was used, GST is non-refundable, refunds are processed within 90 working days and can never exceed the amount paid.
Response-time conditions
Average response 25–45 minutes with a 29* minute target dispatch. Times vary with traffic, weather and road conditions.
Restricted highways
On expressways/highway stretches where government rules do not allow entry to assistance vehicles (no authorised cut or U-turn), service cannot be provided — call the government helpline 1033 there.
Hill areas & snowfall
Covered in Jammu & Kashmir, Manali and Uttarakhand only up to motorable road points. Ladakh and upper hill stretches are excluded, and service is suspended during snowfall until roads clear.
