Roadside Assistance Membership Information

· Vehicle helpline services are designed for the vehicle itself, not the individual. 

· The helpline service is available in Delhi NCR and PAN INDIA based on RSA membership terms only. 

· Vehicles must be a maximum of 10 years old from the date of manufacturing. OnRoads reserves the right to terminate subscriptions without notification if the vehicle does not comply with its age and fair use policy. 

· A fixed number of towing services will be provided each year according to the OnRoads membership. 

· Vehicle-to-vehicle towing can be dangerous and may cause further damage; therefore, we discourage this practice unless absolutely necessary. Towing will be conducted using cranes, and the charges will be borne by the client at actual rates. 

· Customers must present their membership details to access the vehicle helpline services. If the vehicle is repairable on the road, towing or dropping services will not be provided. Our service vans will tow vehicles to the nearest service station for an additional cost of Rs 55.00 per kilometer, only for those vehicles that are easily towable. 

· For heavy vehicles, towing services will be provided by crane at an additional cost, with rates agreed upon by the clients. 

· In case of emergency, fuel up to 5 liters will be provided at actual cost, based on the fuel rates in the respective city. Note that CNG and other gases/octane fuels are not included in this service agreement. 

· Tube repair and tubeless tire repair services will be provided at actual cost, with the per puncture repair cost varying by area. A service charge will apply, and an additional Rs. 99/- will be charged in the case of two deflated tires. 

· Vehicles older than 12 years will not be accepted. If member registrations are taken erroneously, a refund will be issued provided that no services have been availed. 

· While the company aims to provide service within 29 minutes, it is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control, such as traffic jams, natural calamities, or road diversions. 

· In cases of service misuse, non-payment, or misbehavior, the vehicle helpline services may be canceled without prior notice. The company reserves the right to act accordingly. 

· The company is authorized to modify any or all terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notification. 

· The company is not liable for any claims or refunds. In extreme cases, claims will not exceed the prorated daily value of the service fees paid by the customer. Any damages claimed will not exceed the amount paid by the client. 

· Services for similar faults will not be provided more than twice consecutively. The usage of helpline services, including the number of available services and validity, is subject to the RSA membership terms subscribed by the customer and may vary city to city. 

· Customers or their representatives will have no claims against the company or its representatives regarding any injury, death, or property damage resulting from service usage during the validity of the vehicle helpline services. 

· The company reserves the right to file claims against any individual or entity whose cheque is dishonored for any reason. Membership activation will occur only after payment of any cheque bouncing charges. 

· Deals and discounts offered by garages and partners are promotional, and OnRoads does not guarantee the quality of these services or accept responsibility for any claims or damages arising from availing these offers. 

· If the helpline service is used without card activation or when the card is unavailable, a non-refundable service charge of Rs. 499.00 will apply. 

· The helpline service is not valid for commercial vehicles unless specifically approved by the service provider under a separate agreement. 

· One membership is valid for a single vehicle only. 

· All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only.
